Lance R Foster was born in Omaha, NE to the proud parents, James and Gloria Foster. His first church home was The Greater Bethlehem Temple, where he preached his first message in February 1985.
Elder Foster received the call from the Lord to establish the New Hope Apostolic Temple in Omaha, Nebraska, opening its doors to the community on November 1, 1992.
New Hope Apostolic Temple is committed to winning souls for Christ while serving the community, through its’ Outreach, Prison, Youth, Music, and After Care ministries.
Bishop Foster serves as the Diocesan Bishop of the 8th Episcopal District, which includes the states of Iowa, Nebraska, and Wyoming.
